Custom furniture and site fit-out
Full cycle: measurement, design, production, delivery, assembly, and installation. Production is in-house — cutting, assembly, and final fitting all happen on one site, so the specification always matches what arrives on-site.

Production
How our production is organized
One workshop, one sequence of stations, one point of accountability: material intake, cutting, edge-banding, carcass assembly, packaging. Not five different contractors across different stages, but one engineer who later signs off the work on-site.
That setup removes the main risk behind orders falling apart through intermediaries: a mismatch between what was agreed in the specification and what actually gets delivered to the site.

How we work
Order journey: from request to sign-off
From the first WhatsApp message to the video report on-site — eight steps, each producing a document: estimate, contract, work order, sign-off certificate.
All eight steps in detailPricing
How the estimate is calculated
Eight factors determine the final figure: from volume and material grade to site-access difficulty and repeat-order status. Calculating it takes one to five business days after the measurement.
Non-standard site access and after-hours work are separate line items in the estimate from the start, not a surcharge that appears in the sign-off certificate later.
Cost factors and calculation timelinesBusiness & government
Furniture for business and government clients
For the government and quasi-government sector — 0% prepayment, with payment made after the closing documents are signed. Paperwork is assembled to match the requirements of the specific procedure: sign-off certificate, work-completion act, e-invoicing through the state e-invoice system (ИС ЭСФ).
Five contractors on one project almost always means no one can be held accountable when the schedule slips. A single contract with a full-cycle manufacturer removes that risk: cutting, assembly, and installation all answer to the same engineer.

Custom furniture for your home
Smaller scale, same discipline: measurement, cost estimate, contract, a work order for the crew in the CRM — the process for a single kitchen is no different from fitting out an entire institution.
Prepayment is 40%, paid after the contract and agreed estimate are signed (not before), and covers materials and hardware for that specific order. The remainder follows in stages and after handover.

Project reports
Every project gets photo documentation before work starts and after handover, plus a video report published on Instagram. The same rule applies to government, commercial, and private clients alike.
About us
QBiX Mebel — part of the QBiX holding
The furniture direction has been running since 2021 and has been self-funding since 2022 — it started with reinvestment from the holding's IT direction. In 2024 all seven directions came together under the shared QBiX brand, and a year later, legally as well.
