Custom furniture for your home
Ordering a kitchen or a wardrobe for an apartment goes through the same eight steps as a contract to fit out an institution. The difference is in scale, not in discipline.
Kitchens and built-in furniture for the home
Kitchen sets, sliding wardrobes, dressing-room systems — built for the specific layout of an apartment or house. There is no ready-made size range: measurement is mandatory, because a standard layout doesn't exist even in mass-built new developments.
The cost estimate takes one to five business days and is prepared by the same engineer who then runs the order — from measurement to on-site assembly.
What a private client gets
- The same payment procedure as corporate clients: 40% after the contract and estimate, the remainder after handover
- The work order for the crew is prepared in the CRM before departure — installers arrive with the specification, not "from memory"
- Checklist acceptance: fixes happen before the sign-off certificate is signed, not after
- A warranty on installation, assembly, and materials (details on the warranty page)
Payment
The 40% prepayment covers materials, hardware, and fittings for that specific order and is paid after the contract and agreed estimate are signed, not before. The remainder follows in stages during the project and after handover.
