How we work
Order journey: from request to sign-off
Eight steps, all logged in the CRM. The numbering here isn't a formatting device — it's the real sequence, and every step leaves a document you can produce.
- 01
Request
The request comes in via WhatsApp, a call, or email. The engineer clarifies the task and arranges an on-site measurement.
- 02
Cost estimate
On-site measurement, then the cost estimate — one to five business days depending on complexity. The same engineer who prepares it later runs the project.
- 03
Contract
The agreed estimate is fixed in a contract. Government sector — 0% prepayment; business and private clients — 40% after signing.
- 04
Work order for the crew in the CRM
Before the crew heads to the site, a work order with the full specification is created in the CRM — the crew arrives already knowing exactly what and how to install.
- 05
Execution with photo documentation
Photography starts before work begins, recording the site's initial condition. Every installation stage is photographed.
- 06
Checklist acceptance
The client accepts the work against a checklist. Any fixes happen before the sign-off certificate is signed, not after.
- 07
Closing documents
Sign-off certificate, work-completion act, and e-invoice through the ИС ЭСФ portal — the standard package for business and government clients.
- 08
Video report on Instagram
A video report is published on the @qbix.kz account for the project — the same rule applies to every segment.
Timelines
How long each stage takes
Measurement and the cost estimate are the fastest stage, one to five business days. Production takes the most time and depends on the order's volume and complexity. Acceptance and closing documents usually fit within two days after installation.
