Pricing

How the estimate is calculated

The estimate is calculated from a measurement, not guessed over the phone: a price quoted without an engineer visiting the site means nothing for a real order with an individual layout.

Eight cost factors

  • Order volume
  • Delivery timeline
  • Region
  • Material and hardware grade
  • Site-access difficulty
  • After-hours work
  • Task complexity
  • Repeat-order status

What's included in the price

  • Materials: board, edge banding, hardware per the specification
  • Crew labor: cutting, assembly, installation
  • Logistics — delivery to the site

What's billed separately

  • Non-standard site access (for example, carrying up without a freight elevator)
  • After-hours work at the client's request

Calculation timeline

One to five business days

The timeline depends on task complexity: a standard-layout kitchen is priced faster than fitting out an institution with dozens of items. The same engineer who later runs the project prepares the estimate, not a separate sales manager.

If the volume changes mid-project, the estimate is recalculated and the difference is agreed before work continues — it never appears after the fact in the sign-off certificate.
