Production

How our production is organized

Cutting, assembly, and final fitting all happen on one site under a single direction's control. Production has no subcontracting: there is never a gap between the agreed specification and what arrives on-site, because the same people do both.

Station → what happens → control

Every order goes through the same sequence of stations regardless of volume — from a single wardrobe to fitting out an entire floor.

Cutting

In-house cutting saves material

The cutting map is built for each specific order to fit the maximum number of parts onto the minimum number of board sheets. Offcuts are logged and reused for small parts on future orders, not written off.

Cutting happens on the same site where carcasses are later assembled — a part never leaves the production loop before the packing stage.

Edge banding

PVC edge banding of varying thickness

Part edges are finished with PVC banding: thickness is chosen for the load on that specific element — fronts and countertops get denser banding than internal partitions. Edge adhesion is checked on every part before assembly, not just a sample.

Joints & hardware

Hardware with soft-close mechanisms

Hinges and runners are chosen for the weight and usage frequency of the front — from a light kitchen door to a heavy sliding-wardrobe door. Soft-close mechanisms are fitted wherever the specification calls for them and checked for travel and return force before packing.
